Return and Refund Policy

RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or used
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Gift cards

We will provide you with a return shipping address. You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@usaglobalshop.shop with a photo of the item and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at contact@usaglobalshop.shop.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. If the issue persists, contact us at contact@usaglobalshop.shop.
